Description

Cast carbon steel valves ,150,300,600 class, with bolted connection body- bonnet and welded seat in body. Gate valves with rising stem, non-rising hand wheel and possibility change package of stem under working pressure manufactured in according with API 600. Globe valves with cycle stem, rising hand wheel and possibility change package of stem under working pressure manufactured in according with BS 1873 and ASME/ANSI B 16.34 Std. Check valves with swing type of wedge and placing internal parts non-drilling body manufactured in according with BS 1868 and ASME/ANSI B 16.34 Std.

Application

Valves are used in pipelines and in facilities for steam, water non-aggressive gases, naphtha, naphtha derivatives and in other power process installations in operating conditions up to 427º C (800º F) in accordance with table No.1 in our catalogue. Data included in this table meet the pressure-temperature ratings in accordance ASME/ANSI B 16.34 std. for material ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB.

Technical data

Basic dimensions of valves are in accordance in Table No.4. Face to face dimensions of valves are in accordance with ASME B 16.10 Std. The pipe flanges are regularly furnished faced and drilled with 1.6 mm(0.06") for 150, 300 class and 6.4 mm (0.25") for class 600 in accordance ASME/ANSI B 16.5 Std. On raised faces of the flanges are machined 50 grooves on 1 inch width with max.250 inch, with accordance to ASME/ANSI B 16.5 Std. and additional requirements of purchasers (1) (2) (3).

Wedge of gate valve is in one -part, flex. Wedge of globe valve have spherical seal faces. These constructions of wedges provided quality seal and smaller torque moment of closing valve. Direction of closing -right (5).

Gate and globe valves are made in Trim 8 (F6/HF)-seal face of seat in body is hardfaced with Stellite 6, swing check valve in Trim 1 (F6)-seal face of seat in body is hardfaced with 13% Cr. On wedge is hardface 13% Cr or wedge is hardface 13% Cr or wedge is completely made by 13% Cr (4).

Valves are delivered protected from corrosive, and seal faces on end to end face on flanges with protect of mechanical destruction. On valves are casting these marks: country of production, trade mark, nominal pressure class, nominal size in inch, mark of material, for globe and swing check valves and direction flow of fluid, in according with MSS SP-25.

Materials

Valves are made by materials on table No.2 (6) in our catalogue.

Inspections and testing

Valves are inspected with hydrostatically or pneumatically pressure in accordance with table No.3 in our catalogue. Data in table are in accordance with API 598, MSS SP-61 Std.

• 1. On require of purchaser we made and other form and connection dimensions of flanges in accordance ASME/ANSI B 16.5 and MSS SP-6 Std.
  
• 2. According for purchaser we made dimension connection of flanges in accordance with other standards (DIN,GOST,NF,UNI).
  
• 3. Also, we made valves with butt weld ends for pipeline Sch.40 (for 150,300 class), or SCH. 80 (for 600 class)in accordance with ASME/ANSI B 16.25 Std.
  
• 4. Plants are might and all other trims in accordance with API 600.
  
• 5. On require of purchaser plant might delivery gate valves with drive conical low range gear lever or with electric motor drive.
